Square shim by wire cutting
This is a custom shim for power transmission devices. The material is SUS304, and it has an octagonal shape with a large circular hole in the center, as well as holes near the vertices of the octagon. We set up a program on a wire electrical discharge machining machine according to the shape provided by the customer. After stacking several sheets of 0.6mm stainless steel, we performed wire cutting processing. Our company is capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only common iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom shims. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to customers at appropriate prices. Therefore, we also propose cost reduction suggestions from the design stage based on past processing data.
