This is a square shim for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The material is SUS304, and it has been manufactured using precision pressing. In this shim, 144 circles (φ3.6) are formed within a 90×90mm area at a pitch of 5.5mm (±0.03), and within each circle, there are three slits of 1.5mm (±0.025) at very narrow pitches. Therefore, we have implemented measures in our molds to prevent burrs and punch chipping. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only common steel and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop service from prototype processing of custom shims to mass production. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to customers at appropriate prices. As a result, we also propose cost reduction from the design stage based on past processing data.
