Square shim by wire cutting
This is a long rectangular shim for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. It is made of SUS304, and was produced with a full circumference cut, including a slit at the end of the long side of the shim. This long shim is thin at 0.2mm, yet has a rectangular shape of 20×80mm, which causes the workpiece to wobble when the processing fluid is sprayed. Therefore, by sandwiching the shim between thicker iron materials, we were able to eliminate the wobble during fluid injection and achieve high-precision shim processing. Our company is capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only common iron and SUS, but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing of custom shims to mass production.
