Square shim by wire cutting
This is a heater terminal laminated part. The material is SUS304, and it is a scaled-up prototype of a component used in vehicles. This part achieves high-precision processing of both the inner and outer circumferences in one cut by reducing the wobble during processing through the injection of processing fluid, by sandwiching multiple layers of blank material with thicker steel material.
