Weldless pipe shoe and pipe saddle for heavy loads that eliminates the need for on-site welding.
This is a support bracket suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters and high-temperature piping. Specifically, it is a newly developed weldless pipe shoe saddle designed for use as a slide support in areas where the axial load on the piping is relatively large. In the manufacturing process, welding has been thoroughly eliminated, and the main components are constructed using a press machine for plate bending and assembly through fitting, thus eliminating deformation and thermal effects caused by welding, achieving quality stabilization and low cost. No welding is required at the construction site. By omitting the burdens associated with the welding process (such as heat treatment and securing skilled workers), it contributes to a reduction in construction days, maintenance of high quality, and cost reduction in piping construction, where these burdens can significantly increase costs. It is ideal for slide supports for high-temperature piping with insulation, such as in power plants. It can be used for pipe diameters from 65A to 400A and for pipe temperatures up to 593°C.
