In recent years, with the high-speed production and thinning of motor cores, issues related to scrap cutting of skeleton materials have begun to increase as a bottleneck in high-speed production. This is due to the tendency for bending and other problems caused by fluttering when the skeleton material, fed from the mold via a "PUSH-PULL" feed system, is transported to the cutter. Therefore, it has become crucial to minimize the distance between the feeding device and the cutter. This product achieves the world's thinnest specification of "160mm" with a cam mechanism scrap cutter, preventing bending caused by fluttering in thin sheets during high-speed production, and enabling high speed and durability. By closely mounting it to the feeding device, it reduces transportation troubles of the skeleton material and contributes to improving the productivity of the press line.
