This product is a bolt used in general industrial equipment. The material used is SS400, and the size is φ40×70L. Bolts are male threads used for tightening and securing materials such as iron, and are utilized in a wide range of products. The bolts produced this time required careful processing due to the phase tolerance indication on the hex face during screw fastening. Machining this on a 3-axis machine would require special tools, increasing costs. However, by leveraging our unique technical know-how, we achieved cost reduction by processing it on a 5-axis machining center.
