"Roll" components used in processes such as material rolling. Due to the nature of their use in stretching materials, they require frequent replacement due to wear. When a roll gets scratched, it can also damage the products and affect quality, making maintenance to preserve their condition important. Our "hard chrome plating" applies a coating of just 100 to 300 micrometers to the rolls, enhancing their strength and improving wear resistance, thereby contributing to the longevity of the rolls. (The thickness can be adjusted based on the base material and desired effects.)
