The UMX-2 is an ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for underwater measurements. It can be used for thickness measurements underwater on ship hulls, bridges, piers, steel pipe piles, underwater pipelines, and more. Developed with underwater operation in mind, it boasts excellent operability and has an unprecedented pressure resistance depth of up to 300 meters. It features pulse-echo mode (for thickness measurement and corrosion/thinning inspection), echo-echo mode (for measuring base material thickness from the coating), and a coating thickness measurement mode, allowing for simultaneous measurement of both material and coating thickness.
