The 'CX Series' is an ultrasonic thickness gauge developed in collaboration with Elcometer, a world leader in the field of paint inspection and measurement equipment. It features a lightweight and compact body weighing approximately 210g, equipped with a well-balanced set of functions necessary for thickness measurement. Common features include V-path correction, dust and splash resistance equivalent to IP64, and USB power supply compatibility. The measurement range is from 0.63 to 500mm using the pulse-echo method, and the CX4 and CX8-DL models also support measurements from 2.54 to 25mm using the echo-echo method. The lineup includes three models: the simple "CX2" designed specifically for steel, the "CX4" which allows for thickness measurement of the base material without removing the paint, and the "CX8-DL" which is equipped with a variety of functions such as statistical display, sound velocity measurement, B-scan, alarms, differential thickness measurement, data logging, and Bluetooth. These models can be selected according to various applications such as thickness measurement of pipes, tanks, and steel materials, as well as corrosion and thinning inspections, and measuring the thickness of the base material from the paint surface.

The 'TKX LIGHT' is a portable hardness tester that allows for easy and high-precision measurement of the hardness of metallic materials. It adopts the principle of the Rockwell hardness test and boasts excellent reproducibility of ±0.4 HRC, achieving stable hardness measurements. It is suitable for high-precision hardness measurements in both field and laboratory settings. The testing subjects range from non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, and bronze to a wide variety of metallic materials and surface treatments, including hard and soft steel, hardened steel, nitrided products, carburized products, and chrome-plated surfaces. Measurement data can be stored up to 3,500 entries, and it supports tolerance setting, statistical data management such as maximum, minimum, and average values, as well as external output of measurement values via RS-232. Additionally, the minimum measurement thickness is 0.08mm (for 65 HRC), making it suitable for hardness measurement of thin plates and surface treatment layers.

The 'CMX10-DL' is a versatile A-scan ultrasonic thickness gauge that caters to a wide range of applications, from corrosion inspection to high-precision thickness measurement. It supports the measurement of remaining wall thickness in tanks and pipes, substrate thickness measurement over coatings, as well as measurements of lining materials, composite materials, and clad materials, and is capable of precision thickness measurements requiring a resolution of 0.001mm. The CMX10-DL not only saves echo waveforms and measurement values but also supports echo recording for up to 10 seconds. This allows for the recording of momentary thickness changes or waveform changes during measurement, thereby streamlining the verification of inspection results and report generation. Additionally, with TCG (Time Corrected Gain), BEA (Bottom Echo Monitoring), and B-scope (B-scan), it supports reliable measurements even for challenging subjects such as composite materials, clad materials, and localized corrosion, where waveform judgment is difficult.
