The CMX10-DL is a versatile A-scan (A-scope) ultrasonic thickness gauge that meets a wide range of needs, from corrosion inspection to high-precision thickness measurement. It is capable of measuring various objects, including tanks, pipes, painted surfaces, lining materials, composites, and clad materials, as well as precision thickness measurements of machined parts and thin sheets that require a resolution of 0.001mm. In addition to static data storage of echo waveforms and measurement values, it can record echoes as video for up to 10 seconds at 20 shots per second. This ensures that even instantaneous thickness changes are captured, supporting reliable documentation. Furthermore, with TCG and BEA, it accurately detects anomalies caused by composites, clad materials, and localized corrosion, achieving highly reliable measurements. With a shock-resistant housing, IP65 dust and waterproof design, and a battery life of up to 15 hours, it can operate stably even in harsh field environments. In addition to touch screen operation, it also supports physical button operation, allowing for smooth use even while wearing gloves.
