PureCell is an environmentally friendly thin long polyurethane foam (UC) and thin long acrylic foam (AS) with ultra-fine and uniform cell structures. The UC type has weather resistance, non-yellowing properties, hydrolysis resistance, and shock absorption capabilities, with thicknesses ranging from 60μm to 1500μm, offering excellent thickness precision, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, particularly in the electronics field. The AS type features weather resistance, heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and shock absorption capabilities, and has self-tack, meaning it is self-adhesive. It is also characterized by being easy to peel off without leaving adhesive residue, eliminating the need for adhesive tape. We also offer double-sided tack types and high-tack types that can be applied to uneven surfaces such as wallpaper.

【UC (Urethane Foam) Type】 ● Microcell: Semi-continuous bubble structure, cell size: 30–100μ. ● Low VOC: About 1/4 of general ether-based urethane foam. ● High strength, high elongation: Excellent in strength and elongation. ● Weather resistance, non-yellowing: Excellent weather resistance, non-yellowing type. ● Non-temperature dependent: Maintains cushioning properties without temperature dependence even at low temperatures. 【AS (Acrylic Foam) Type】 ● Microcell: Semi-continuous bubble structure, cell size: 30–100μ. ● Low VOC: About 1/4 of general ether-based urethane foam. ● Heat resistance: Can be used in high-temperature ranges (about 110°C). ● Tackiness: Has self-adhesive properties, does not leave residue, and can be easily applied. ● Low hardness: Excellent conformity to the object due to low hardness.
