We provide a composite module that includes dedicated software and electrical units for all Goleicells. It can be easily operated from the user's PC via a USB interface. The module consistently handles signal detection data processing and data analysis from the photoacoustic detector, and this sequential processing enables the optimization of the light sensitivity performance of the cell itself. Main features of the composite module: - Expensive separate equipment (oscilloscope/graph, spectrum analyzer, etc.) is not required. - Compact design makes it convenient for use and portability outside the lab. - Flexible design allows arbitrary calibration coefficients to be provided. - It is possible to calculate the output signal from the cell in real-time mode using calibration coefficients. - It has the capability to analyze the output signal spectrum and can also extract arbitrary signal and noise spectra. - By optimizing the signal-to-noise ratio settings, noise can be reduced to an extreme minimum. - It can capture extremely small signals that traditional analytical methods could not process. - It is equipped with an automatic save function for measurement data.

Gorey cells are manufactured under strict quality control within Tydex, with calibration performed for each individual unit. The delivered items include a detector head and a dedicated power supply, while a filter mount is available as an option. Various optical components for terahertz applications, such as low-pass filters made from HRFZ-Si and TPX materials, polyethylene polarizers, windows, lenses, and beam splitters, are provided in the most suitable forms for terahertz applications. A method that combines hardware and software is employed to convert the analog signals from the Gorey cell into digital signals, applicable to each process ranging from detection, signal processing, to signal analysis of acousto-optical detectors. Highly specialized software is integrated with the Gorey cell detector and connected to a computer via a USB interface. Tydex was established in 1994 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and manufactures and sells optical components for THz (terahertz) applications (windows, lenses, mirrors, prisms, filters, etalons, polarizers, attenuators, wave plates, etc.) and detectors (spectrometers, Gorey detectors, etc.).
