Simultaneously smooth out tiny bumps and remove relatively large bumps to achieve a glossy finish!
Electrolytic polishing is a method of polishing the surface of products (such as metals like stainless steel) by dissolving it electrochemically in an electrolyte solution (primarily acidic solution). It simultaneously smooths out small irregularities of about 0.01 to 0.1 μm and removes relatively larger irregularities of several micrometers, resulting in a glossy finish. It can be consistently implemented alongside buff polishing, and on-site construction is possible within the country. Additionally, our company will be exhibiting at "SEMICON JAPAN 2024" held at Tokyo Big Sight. We sincerely look forward to your visit. 【Features (especially for stainless steel)】 ■ Improved cleanability ■ Difficulty of fine powder adhesion ■ Strong rust prevention effect ■ Removal of the altered layer from processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
