At THY Precision Industries, we manufacture precision injection molded parts not only from general-purpose plastics but also from high-performance engineering plastics with excellent heat and acid resistance. This time, we will mention T-200 as an example of our offerings. T-200 is a material developed by Unichika, boasting a glass transition temperature (Tg) of up to 265°C. It can also accommodate lead-free solder reflow under certain conditions and maintains transparency both before and after reflow. Due to its high transparency and excellent heat resistance, parts such as sensor lenses for optical connectors and switch covers for diffusers can be manufactured. THY Precision Industries is capable of producing plastic parts using T-200 and has extensive experience in handling it. In addition to T-200, we also accept orders for precision plastic parts made from engineering plastics such as Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Polyoxymethylene (POM), and Liquid Crystal Polymers (LCP).
