This is a check valve (chuck valve) that prevents backflow of fluids in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and chemical piping. All wetted parts, such as springs, are made of PTFE and operate at low cracking pressure. It can seal without an O-ring, making it ideal for high-purity fluids.
