A nano-level transparent thin film forms a dry lubrication film. This thin film is bonded, making it durable. It can be easily applied at room temperature.
"FloroSurf FG-5093" is a metal dry lubrication coating agent made by dissolving a special lubricating fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. When applied to a metal surface with a brush or spray, a dry lubrication film bonds to the surface with approximately 10 minutes of room temperature drying, forming a durable low-friction surface at the nanometer level. [Features] - The bonded lubrication film is durable. - It does not affect the material of the drive belt. - Heat resistance up to 200°C. - Unlike lubricating oils, it does not contaminate the surroundings. - Reapplication can be done easily with just a topcoat!
