FluoroSurf/Mold Free, when applied to nozzles and dies, forms a fluorine-based film on the metal surface, providing slip and non-stick properties. This film adheres strongly to the metal, effectively reducing melt fracture, sharkskin, and streaking continuously. When the effectiveness diminishes, reapplication with a brush or spray will restore its performance. There is no need to remove old components. It is non-flammable, so you can use it with peace of mind. It does not contain substances subject to PFAS regulations (such as PFOS, PFOA, etc.). *Free samples are currently available.
