Achieving lightweight and thin-walled products: Bi-axial orthogonal reinforcement net 'Kurenet'
Achieves lightweight and thin-walled products through reinforcement. A reinforcement material that can be directly inserted between the base materials and strongly bonded through the gaps in the mesh, with minimal concern for interlayer delamination.
"Clenet®" is a reinforced and dimensionally stable net made by laminating glass, polyester, and other fibers in two axes and coating them with resin. Since the fibers are not bent, it allows for reinforcement that utilizes the inherent strength of the filaments. By adjusting the fiber material, thickness, mesh spacing, and changing the coating resin to match the material of the composite substrate, we can provide products that meet customer needs. Additionally, it is possible to bond with non-woven fabrics and other materials inline. 【Features】 ■ Enables reinforcement of products, dimensional stability, weight reduction, thinning, and functional enhancement ■ Can be bonded with different materials (PVC, rubber, olefins, etc.) ■ Coated with resin, making it less likely to cause itching even with glass Clenet 【Examples of Use】 ■ Reinforcement for waterproof sheets, flooring materials, aluminum foil, various filters, etc. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF materials.
