It is a strobe LED light source with a pulse width of less than 1 μsec, ranging from 1W to 3W. It is compact and inexpensive.
This is a high-speed strobe LED light source with a width of less than 1μsec and a rise time of 0.1 to 0.2μsec. The output ranges from 1 to 3W, and several wavelengths are available. By purchasing the driver unit, you can use it with various interchangeable wavelengths. Cooling options include a fan-assisted air cooling type and a cost-effective, compact natural air cooling type.

basic information
- The HQ601-ST high-output strobe LED light source can generate high-output light pulses in the range of 1 to 3 watts by driving the LED with a maximum current of 1 Amp and a maximum LED applied voltage of 15V. - By using a high-speed MOSFET (Max 40V, 5Amp) in the driver circuit, high-speed emission can be achieved with a rise time of tr = 80nsec and a fall time of tf = 50nsec (depending on the LED). - By attaching an air-cooling fan for LED cooling, it emits light in the ON state of an external TTL pulse and stops in the OFF state. Therefore, by reducing the output, operation at a pulse width of 0.2μsec and over 1MHz is possible. For maximum output, please refer to the Duty Cycle section. - It is also possible to use it without a cooling fan if only lowering the Duty Cycle is required.
Price information
With a fan, it's about 150,000 yen, and without a fan, it's about 120,000 yen. The strobe LED driver without LED will also be sold separately for about 100,000 yen.
