We would like to introduce a case study of solving our customer's problems. They were experiencing issues with the impact rollers used under the chute of a conveyor belt for transporting raw materials, as their lifespan was short. We proposed replacing the impact rollers with our conveyor belt shock-absorbing material "Kurepacto." As a result, there were no more sudden breakage accidents with the impact rollers. Additionally, the amount of falling debris was drastically reduced, and cleaning time was shortened. By stocking just two types of Kurepacto, we can accommodate all belt widths, making it economical with minimal inventory.
