We design and manufacture custom keyboards tailored to our customers' specifications. Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background We were using a commercially available programmable keyboard as an input terminal for silicon wafer processing equipment, but due to the aging of the existing terminal, we introduced a new customized solution. ■Key Points of Implementation We were able to assign all the keys used on the existing keyboard, allowing for customization to a keyboard similar to the previous one. In terms of cost, it was possible to implement it at a significantly lower price compared to commercially available foreign products. Since the keyboard may be operated with wet hands, a waterproof sheet is required as an optional part. ■Effects of Implementation By purchasing a custom version of the standard product, we achieved a custom product that matched our image. We realized a reduction in implementation costs.
