Here, we would like to introduce a case requested by a customer. 【Overview】 ■Background When developing and selling a POS register system for the apparel industry, we were looking for a dedicated keyboard that would work in conjunction with the system, and the customer adopted our favorite keyboard, Pro, with customizations. They prioritized input convenience and chose to implement a keyboard instead of a touchscreen. ■Key Points of Implementation In stores with a high number of customers, using touchscreen devices tends to slow down input tasks, reducing speed and efficiency. → By configuring a dedicated custom keyboard to work with the system, it can be easily introduced as an input option. ■Implementation Effects The main sales operations can be completed using the keyboard, improving usability.
