"Factory-ZeroQC" is a solution that supports quality management systems, aiming for continuous improvement in response to customer quality requirements, digitization of quality information, and comprehensive quality enhancement through data utilization. The scope of QC operations that can be handled includes incoming inspection of materials and parts, inspection of intermediate processed products, assembly inspection, and pre-shipment inspection, applicable throughout the entire process. Particularly in the assembly process, it corresponds to the BOM (Bill of Materials) and supports a system that automatically checks the inspection results of previous processes to prevent the outflow of non-conforming products. During the input of inspection values, not only automatic tolerance judgment but also real-time calculation of various SPC indices is possible, along with screen displays of abnormal value alarms for process capability and email notifications to administrators. Additionally, an option for calculating MSA's GRR, which is a requirement of IATF16949, is also available.
