We would like to introduce our efforts in replacing metals with resins. First, we confirm the usage environment conditions and required specifications according to the customer's needs. Material selection will be proposed in collaboration with material manufacturers. After producing prototypes, we will conduct durability tests, resin degradation verification, and mold production. Next, once the customer conducts actual durability tests on the molded products, we will perform resin degradation verification on the products before and after the durability tests at the material manufacturer, making mass production possible.
