The International Taste Institute is one of the world's leading evaluation organizations, alongside Monde Selection, that conducts judging, awarding, and promotion of tastefully superior food and beverages, now a staple in the domestic market. The judges are a group of taste experts who are members of the most prestigious chef and sommelier associations in the world. Judges are not provided with information about the country of production or brand names, and the evaluation criteria are based solely on "taste." For all participants, the results are presented in graphs showing scores for each item. There are three levels of the Superior Taste Award, ranging from one star to three stars, and hundreds of companies from over 80 countries worldwide have received awards, regardless of their size.

【Transport Plan】 80,000 yen or more per product for room temperature; 170,000 yen or more per product for frozen/refrigerated. From the preparation of necessary documents for transportation, provision of packaging materials, reporting on delivery status, to handling import/export customs clearance, you can leave everything from pickup to delivery to us. 【Total Plan】 250,000 yen or more. *The entry fee for the International Taste Institute is not included. This is a total service that includes entry agency in addition to the contents of the transport plan. We will also handle the various documents required for entry and communication with the secretariat.
