Measures for low-speed collisions of aerial work platforms: Forward upper detection with 8 sensors using sonar sensors.
Low-speed accident reduction sonar. Covers the upper front of the arm of the aerial work platform with sensors, detecting obstacles with up to a maximum of 8 sensors combined with the rear.
The system reduces the risk of collision accidents in situations where the work basket of a high-altitude work vehicle is moving at low speed (while the basket is stored) due to the driver's negligence. *If sensors are installed in the basket, a 12/24V power supply is required inside the basket. This system is designed and developed by a Japanese sensor manufacturer that holds a 60% share of the global market for ultrasonic sensor elements and is manufactured at its own overseas factory. The controller is combined with a dedicated ECU that incorporates a unique algorithm, and there have been over 6,000 units supplied for trucks and buses within six years of the start of supply. This is a sonar system for buses and trucks, composed of a dedicated controller and ultrasonic sensors designed and developed in Japan, capable of up to 8 channels. It has a proven track record of installation on various domestic trucks (large, medium, and small) as well as imported trucks. The basic configuration of the system has two types: - On-screen display type that can show detection distance with backup monitor interruption - Dedicated LED indicator display type The basic sensor configurations are 2ch, 4ch, 6ch, and 8ch. The basic installation positions are 2ch in the front and 6ch in the rear (2ch on the upper side / 4ch on the lower side). The sensor angles can be adjusted to some extent. *Compatible with both 12V and 24V.

Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926. Over the years, we evolved from supplying repair parts to directly providing mass-produced components to automobile manufacturers, in line with the pre-war and post-war trends of domestic automobile production. At the time of our establishment, the Toranomon area was referred to as Japan's Detroit, yet there were almost no domestic vehicles present, and we had been engaged in automotive-related business even before the domestic production of automobiles began. Today, we have transformed and grown into a technical trading company that directly supplies and sells mass-produced parts to major automobile manufacturers and construction machinery manufacturers. We support the development departments of manufacturers with technical proposals and assist the procurement departments with global parts sourcing, providing mass production solutions for a wide range of products, from resin molded products, semiconductors, electronic components, and sensors to inverters and onboard motors that make up electric vehicles. Notably, the next-generation onboard electrification components have significantly increased, with mass production sales reaching an annual scale of 6 billion yen.
