We have adopted the adjustable one-way torque hinge model HG-TQJ100 for the cover opening and closing section of the conveyor belt. 【Key Issues】 - We want to ensure that the cover does not close unexpectedly so that workers in food factories can clean safely. - We want to use it for covers of multiple conveyor belts of different sizes. - We want to lower the overall height of the equipment. 【Solutions】 Cleaning the conveyor belt is done by opening the cover, but it is dangerous if the cover closes unexpectedly during the process. We proposed a product that can securely hold the cover open to prevent accidental dropping. Additionally, since the cover is heavy, we suggested a one-way torque hinge instead of a standard torque hinge. This allows torque to occur in only one direction, making it more comfortable and safer to open and close. Furthermore, the torque adjustment feature was well-received as it allows one product to accommodate covers of various sizes. The installation height inside the conveyor belt is limited, and supports or gas springs cannot be installed, but we were able to solve these issues with just the hinge, which also allowed us to lower the overall height of the equipment.
