Patient and staff-friendly negative pressure booth for wheelchairs
This is a negative pressure booth for wheelchairs developed in collaboration with Yokohama City Hospital. Since it uses transparent panels, cleaning with alcohol is easy. Additionally, by enclosing the area around the wheelchair significantly, it creates a shape that minimizes the patient's feeling of confinement. The frame is made of aluminum, and the sides are made of resin panels, making it lightweight and easy to maneuver the wheelchair. It is equipped with a FAN with a HEPA filter on the top, which prevents the spread of droplets. A mobile battery is also included, keeping the interior under negative pressure even during movement. (Continuous operating time: approximately 7.5 hours) There are two types of seat widths for the wheelchair: 40 cm and 46 cm, with the 46 cm option allowing for a more comfortable seating experience.
