We would like to introduce a case where Blickle's "Bolt-Mount Type Light-Duty Caster (with Expander)" was implemented in a traditional German bakery founded in 1898. At this store, complaints were received from local residents due to the noise made by catering carts rattling on the cobblestones at 4:30 AM. To address this issue, a solution was implemented using SoftMotion wheels and the light-duty bracket series "LKRA (with Expander)" to replace the casters previously used on the carts. As a result, the SoftMotion wheels significantly reduced the noise level, leading to a notable decrease in the number of complaints from the surrounding area.
