The high-durability steel frame employs "ZAM," a highly corrosion-resistant steel plate, achieving four times the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel plates. Experts conduct structural calculations to confirm high safety standards. Manufacturing takes place in a factory, and by creating panels that can be handled by people, installation can be completed in narrow spaces where heavy machinery cannot enter, resulting in shorter construction periods. Additionally, the domestically produced cedar panels can be replaced individually in case of damage or deterioration, allowing for long-lasting aesthetics.
