The IoT gateway CONPROSYS enables the quick and easy establishment of an anomaly detection system utilizing AI in collaboration with partner solutions. Customers can execute all processes themselves, including data collection, selection of analysis models, registration of teacher (normal) data, and additional registration of teacher (accuracy improvement) data. An external clamp-type current sensor is installed on the power supply cable to equipment such as compressors, agitators, and machining tools, allowing data collection via CONPROSYS. The collected data can be analyzed using the analysis model of LOSSØ-STANDARD by simply specifying and registering the normal patterns.
