Contec has newly developed an expanded 4-slot model for its fanless embedded computer "Box Computer® BX-M4600 Series," which is currently on sale. The lineup now includes PCI Express x2 slot models and PCI x2 slot models, with orders starting on November 18, 2025. The new product features a high-power CPU for desktop PCs, the 12th/13th generation Intel Core processors (Alder Lake-S/Raptor Lake-S), achieving fanless operation. It is a high-performance model that is the top of the Box Computer® BX series, equipped with expansion slots. It includes either a PCI Express (x8) x1 slot or a PCI x3 slot, making it ideal for embedded inspection devices using measurement control boards and for transitioning legacy systems.
