■ No changes to the indoor layout are necessary for external reinforcement. ■ It allows for low noise, low vibration, and dust-free construction, resulting in minimal environmental impact and enabling continued use of the building during the construction period. ■ The diagonal PC steel materials arranged within the structural frame are slender, with a maximum diameter of 40mm, while possessing high durability and excellent recovery characteristics, without obstructing natural light and ventilation even after reinforcement. ■ By allowing the diagonal PC steel materials to bear most of the reinforcement capacity, the cross-section of the PCa members remains slender. ■ The main components are precast elements (factory-produced), which reduces on-site work and shortens the construction period. ■ Cost reduction is achieved through the miniaturization of components.
