Detailed information
-
Schaeffler provides hardware and software infrastructure from components equipped with vibration sensors to digital services. One of these is the ProLink condition monitoring system. Combined with the analytical service ConditionAnalyzer, which is an automatic vibration diagnostic system, it offers a complete solution. The vibration sensors record the vibrations of the machinery, while the ProLink condition monitoring system analyzes the overall vibration state of the machine as well as the component-specific vibrations of elements like bearings and gears. All parameters and alarm statuses can be transmitted to the control room and control system using OPC-UA. Alarm statuses can also be sent to the maintenance planning system via OPC UA, allowing for appropriate maintenance measures to be established. Significant loss costs can arise from machine failures, but the implementation of a condition monitoring system can prevent such situations.
-
Processor module The processor module is equipped with a CPU and communication devices. It processes signals coming from vibration modules and input/output modules, performs predictive maintenance, and transmits the results to the factory via communication. It is a central module.
-
The vibration module captures important signals for monitoring such as vibration, speed, and voltage, and sends them to the CPU (processor module).
-
Input/Output Module (Scheduled for Release Soon) The input/output module is a module designed to transfer various input and output signals to the processor module.

Company information
Shefura Japan Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 through the merger of Inabe Bearing Co., Ltd. (founded in 1987) and FAG Japan Co., Ltd. (founded in 1982). The company operates with three domestic bases, focusing on the automotive and industrial machinery sectors. In the automotive division, we contribute to the automotive industry not only by developing and supplying components for the entire drive system, including engines, chassis, and transmissions, but also as a partner that creates new solutions. In the industrial machinery division, we provide bearings, predictive maintenance solutions, and robotic solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors, including machine tools, heavy industry, wind turbines, and the steel industry. For information on products in the predictive maintenance (condition monitoring and vibration diagnosis) field and automatic lubrication systems (automatic oil supply, automatic grease supply, grease, and lubricating oil) within the industrial machinery division, please refer to the product page on this site.
