We specialize in the design and production of full mold models for automotive parts press molds and various industrial machine castings, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons, with a consistent production process from casting to machining using high-frequency induction melting for low impurity levels. FMC casting creates foam models that are identical in shape to the products using expanded polystyrene, and these foam models are embedded in sand molds to produce products through replacement with molten metal. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and enables the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to wooden mold methods. Cost reduction is also achievable with original (alternative steel) materials.
