TOS700 (Material alternative to steel) Achieves a hardness of HRc55 through frame hardening. Ideal for cutting tools, or as a monolithic structure for structural materials, punches, and dies. FMC casting creates a foam model of the product shape using expanded polystyrene, and produces the product by embedding this foam model in a sand mold and replacing it with molten metal. This method minimizes the occurrence of burrs and enables the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to the wooden pattern method. Cost reduction is also achievable with the original (material alternative to steel).

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces.
