We would like to introduce a case study of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts at a paper distribution warehouse. The forklift, manufactured in January 2014, was operated for about 8 to 9 hours a day, totaling 16,056 hours of use. After the lithium battery replacement, the forklift operated from 6 AM to 6 PM with approximately 1.5 hours of break time, achieving a discharge time (usage time) of 9.0 hours, a charging time (using the onboard charger) of 3.7 hours, and an idle time of 3.3 hours.
