TOS700 (Steel Substitute Material) Achieves a hardness of HRc55 through frame hardening, making it ideal for cutting tools, structural materials, punches, and die integrated structures. FMC casting creates a foam model of the product shape using expanded polystyrene, and the foam model is buried in a sand mold to produce the product through replacement with molten metal. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and enables the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to wooden pattern methods. Cost reduction is also achievable with the original (steel substitute) material.

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces.
