FMC casting creates a foam model in the same shape as the product using expanded polystyrene, and then produces the product by replacing the foam model with molten metal in a sand mold. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and allows for the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, it is possible to reduce costs compared to the wooden pattern method. Cost reduction is also possible with original (steel substitute) materials.

Since we use foam models for full mold casting, no wooden patterns are required!! I believe single items will be cheaper than wooden patterns.
