Casting X - A casting method using digital technology for large and small rod castings, contact Tomo Steel Industry for cost reduction!!
FMC casting creates a foam model in the same shape as the product using expanded polystyrene, and then produces the product by replacing the foam model with molten metal in a sand mold. This method makes it difficult for burrs to form and allows for the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to the wooden pattern method. Cost reduction is also possible with original (alternative steel) materials.

basic information
- FMC (Full Mold) Casting Full mold casting involves creating a foam model that is the same shape as the product using expanded polystyrene, and then embedding that foam model in a sand mold to produce the product through replacement with molten metal. - Quality 1. Compared to wooden patterns, there are no burrs, and high-precision casting is possible. 2. It is possible to create complex and high-precision products. - Cost 1. Even for complex shapes, modeling with 3D CAD results in fewer processes and high cost benefits. 2. It is possible to produce foam models by combining processed expanded polystyrene into multiple parts, even for complex shapes. 3. Compared to traditional wooden patterns, it is very advantageous in terms of production time and cost. 4. There is no need for wooden pattern storage, and maintenance due to deterioration is unnecessary. - Delivery Time 1. Due to fewer processes compared to casting with wooden patterns, short delivery times are possible. 2. Design changes are easy to implement. 3. Confirmation of product shape is possible at the foam model stage. 4. Design issues can also be verified in advance.

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces. We contribute to "manufacturing" and "infrastructure development" by melting iron to create various cast iron products, including iron covers for water supply and sewage systems, as well as machine parts. Additionally, we have a construction division that conducts pipe inspections and rehabilitation, primarily for sewer pipes, contributing to comprehensive social and environmental development.
