Casting X - A casting method using digital technology for large and small rod castings, for cost reduction, contact Tomotetsu Industry!!
FMC casting creates a foam model in the same shape as the product using expanded polystyrene, and then produces the product by embedding the foam model in a sand mold and replacing it with molten metal. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and allows for the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to the wooden pattern method. Cost reduction is also possible with original (steel substitute) materials.

basic information
Product Name: Lower Cap Material: G2500 Size: 1600×1600×400 Weight: 2000kg The base mold uses a full mold casting with a polystyrene model, so no wooden mold is needed!! Compared to wooden molds, this could lead to cost reductions in terms of production time and storage costs (in small quantities). Additionally, minor design changes can be easily accommodated, and the product shape can be verified at the polystyrene model stage. We also sell polystyrene models. They are lightweight and can be assembled, making them suitable for use as event signs, objects, etc. In terms of cast iron materials, we also offer alternative materials such as cast steel (SCMn2A, 3A) and steel (SKD11) in addition to FC, FCV, and FCD.

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces. We contribute to "manufacturing" and "infrastructure development" by melting iron to create various cast iron products, including iron covers for water supply and sewage systems, as well as machine parts. Additionally, we have a construction division that conducts pipe inspections and rehabilitation, primarily for sewer pipes, contributing to comprehensive social and environmental development.
