Casting X - A casting method using digital technology for large and small rod castings, for cost reduction, contact Tomo Iron Works!!
FMC casting creates foam models in the same shape as the products using expanded polystyrene, and produces the products by embedding these foam models in sand molds and replacing them with molten metal. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and enables the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to wooden pattern methods. Cost reduction is also achievable with original (alternative steel) materials. Focusing on castings for automotive parts press molds and various industrial machinery, we design and manufacture full mold models ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons, and carry out integrated production from casting to machining through melting with a high-frequency induction furnace that has low impurities.

basic information
Product Name: Movable Holder Material: TFD650HH Size: 2600×2400×800 Weight: 13000kg TFD Series 1. Developed as an alternative material to cast steel!! 2. Compared to cast steel, it achieves faster manufacturing lead times and reduces material costs and processing man-hours!! 3. By maximizing specifications, it achieves high rigidity comparable to steel class!! Reasons for Choosing TFD - The crystal structure is fine and suitable for thick-walled products - There are no defects such as internal shrinkage cavities, and it has a uniform structure throughout - It has good weldability (maintainability) - High design freedom can be expected - A model with the same shape as the product can be created in 3D CAD, allowing for near-net shaping with minimal machining allowance

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces. We contribute to "manufacturing" and "infrastructure development" by melting iron to create various cast iron products, including iron covers for water supply and sewage systems, as well as machine parts. Additionally, we have a construction division that conducts pipe inspections and rehabilitation, primarily for sewer pipes, contributing to comprehensive social and environmental development.
