TOS700 (Steel Substitute Material) Achieves a hardness of HRc55 through frame hardening. Ideal for cutting tools, or as a monolithic structure for structural materials, punches, and dies. FMC casting creates foam models that are identical in shape to the product using expanded polystyrene, and produces the product by embedding the foam model in a sand mold and replacing it with molten metal. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and enables the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to wooden pattern methods. Cost reduction is also achievable with original (steel substitute) materials.

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces.
