Casting X - A casting method using digital technology for large and small rod castings, for cost reduction, contact Tomo Steel Industry!!
FMC casting creates foam models that are the same shape as the product using expanded polystyrene, and then produces the product by embedding the foam model in a sand mold and replacing it with molten metal. This process makes it difficult for burrs to occur and enables the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to the wooden pattern method. Cost reduction is also possible with original (steel substitute) materials.

Focusing on iron casting technology, we design and manufacture full mold models for automotive parts press molds and castings for machine tools and various industrial machinery, ranging from 50 kg to 15 tons. We carry out everything in-house, from casting to machining, with a melting process that minimizes impurities using high-frequency induction furnaces. We contribute to "manufacturing" and "infrastructure development" by melting iron to create various cast iron products, including iron covers for water supply and sewage systems, as well as machine parts. Additionally, we have a construction division that conducts pipe inspections and rehabilitation, primarily for sewer pipes, contributing to comprehensive social and environmental development.
