Nozzle for molding machine - Plagate shut-off nozzle 'NRS Series'
Achieve a reduction in the defect rate of molded products and a shortening of cycle time! Solve the two challenges of reducing injection molding costs with a unique system! No stringing or dripping!
The "NRS Series" is a plaguate shut-off nozzle for injection molding machines that can be mounted on various molding machines. The flow path, which has no stagnant areas, excels in color changeability and allows the use of commercially available purge agents. It can be used not only for thermoplastic plastics but also for injection molding of Mirable silicone. We have solved two challenges in reducing injection molding costs (reducing the defect rate of molded products and shortening cycle times) with our unique system. ■ Reduction of molded product defect rate - Decrease in cold slugs - Suppression of short shots - Reduction of silver generation risk ■ Shortening of cycle times - Realization of mold opening operation during weighing - Reduction of cooling time - No need for shift molding We also have nozzles available for loan. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Creating innovative products with unique development capabilities If there are drawings or objects, other companies can produce similar products. However, without FISA's precision and processing know-how, I believe it is impossible to create products of the same quality. The development of products unique to our company, such as "PLAGATE" and "ION BLADE," is rooted in this idea. Developing Japan's first hot runner The development of FISA's flagship product, the plastic injection molding nozzle "PLAGATE," took place in 1974. FISA was the first in Japan to develop an injection nozzle (hot runner molding technology) that can mold only the product without generating runners. The "automatic gate cut mechanism using resin pressure," which opens and closes the gate with a built-in spring in the nozzle, allows for the creation of products without stringing or protrusions, and the overall size of the device is compact and maneuverable. Development of one-of-a-kind products The ability to develop products that only FISA can offer is our strength. "ION BLADE" is one such product. Unlike conventional static eliminators that discharge from a needle tip, it utilizes a thin film electrode and is used in manufacturing processes for LCD lines and films.
