The hot runner molding device's resin mixing part, Plum Chip, can be used not only for plastic molding but also for liquid silicone (LSR), rubber molding, thermosetting resins, and as a mixing component for all types of injection molding machines. The spiral-shaped flow path is designed using fluid engineering principles, allowing for good mixing and dispersion of masterbatches and fillers through repeated dispersion and merging. The Plum Chip effectively suppresses the internal pressure of the molding machine cylinder, reducing resin dripping. Since high back pressure is not required for mixing purposes, there is no alteration or breakage of polymer molecules. Even if non-magnetic metals and foreign substances (such as aluminum, copper, brass, stones, etc.) are mixed in, the filtering effect of the Plum Chip prevents them from contaminating the product. Additionally, in the case of hot runner molds, there is no need for hot runner disassembly and cleaning for foreign substance removal. The "automatic gate cut mechanism using resin pressure," which opens and closes the gate with a built-in spring in the nozzle, allows for the creation of products without stringing or protrusions, and the overall size of the device is compact and maneuverable.
