Examples of Achievements Using PVC Laminating Line for Wide and Long Composite Materials ■ Carpet Tiles (50cm square) (Carpet Fabric + PVC) - PVC is adhered to the back of the carpet fabric at 4-6 kg/m². By applying a consistent weight, stability as flooring material is ensured even after being cut into 50cm square tiles. - Maximum width of 2m (cut into 50cm squares in the final process), total thickness of 6-10mm (PVC thickness approximately 4mm). - Achievements: Carpet tiles for hotels, offices, etc. ■ Soundproof Flooring (Carpet Fabric + PVC + Non-woven Fabric) - Carpet fabric and non-woven fabric are laminated with PVC to form a composite material with excellent soundproofing properties. - Achieves lightweight floor impact sound rating LL35, with impact absorption performance (G value) of approximately 80. - Width of 2m, total thickness of 18mm (PVC thickness 4mm). - Achievements: Soundproof flooring for apartment buildings, condominiums, etc. (significantly reduces children's footsteps and everyday sounds). ■ Please feel free to contact us for inquiries about specifications, prototypes, or requests for quotes!
