We would like to introduce a case study of our "Manufacturing Cost Reduction Service," which supports our customers in strengthening their cost competitiveness through consistent responses from cost analysis and improvement proposals to quality impact verification. In semiconductor manufacturing equipment, there was a challenge of wanting to reduce the volume of chemical waste without changing the product processing conditions, but not knowing how to approach it. In response, we implemented waste visualization and reduction proposals through a thorough investigation of the processing sequence. As a result, we were able to maximize effectiveness and avoid risks of quality deterioration thanks to the accumulated technical skills, achieving a total improvement of 3% in the costs of sulfuric acid and neutralizing agents.
