IoT Service for Manufacturing Industry 'OMNIedge' Predictive Maintenance

We would like to introduce THK's "OMNIedge," which is handled by Daito. We have prepared two new benefits for the predictive detection feature of "OMNIedge." These benefits address the psychological barriers of "concerns about inventory and delivery" and "concerns about potential issues with equipment" when implementing CBM. The two benefits are: the "Zero Wait Manufacturing Ticket," which allows for immediate production and shipping without waiting time when a replacement is needed, and the "IoT Risk Assurance," which compensates for the cost of the machine itself and the labor associated with replacement when damage occurs to mechanical component parts, provided that sensors were installed at the site of the issue. This starts from new contracts for "OMNIedge" from September 1, 2021.
